Build Up Emotional Strength BEFORE Burn Out, Not After It's like going to the gym, but for your feelings. Instead of waiting until you're completely fried and falling apart, you start training your emotional health on purpose — a little at a time, before the crisis hits. Learning how to cope before a crisis is huge, and it's something women need. Too often we wait for whatever happens. I've learned that's like standing on the train tracks, hoping you jump out of the way before the train hits you. "I need help because I'm drowning." OR "I'm building strength so I don't drown in the first place." We have to get into the mindset of prevention, not rescue. And right here is where we start, together — no judgment, just friends helping one another. Each Month there will be a specific Ebook resource. These will be a week after each session is complete-

Cancellation Policy
By booking, you agree that each Session With Teri must be paid in full at the time of booking and is non-refundable. Cancellations and rescheduling by the client require at least 72 hours’ notice. Each session may be rescheduled up to two times. A 15-minute grace period is allowed for late arrivals; after 15 minutes, the session is considered a no-show and is forfeited. NOTE: If we cancel your appointment for any reason, you will receive a full refund. Sessions With Teri are supportive personal-growth sessions and are not therapy, medical care, crisis counseling, legal advice, or financial advice. Group session participants agree to keep all shared information private. What is shared in the group stays in the group. You may not repeat, share, post, or use another person’s story as gossip or conversation with others.
