Who we are

She's Got Something ("we," "us," "our") runs shesgotsomething.com, where we sell digital workbooks, planners and business starter kits for women. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit our site, sign up for our free worksheet or buy something, and what we do with it.

Short version: we only collect what we need to send you your downloads and stay in touch, and we never sell your information.

What we collect

Information you give us

  • Free worksheet sign-up: your first name and email address.

  • Purchases: your name, email, and billing details needed to complete your order. Card details are handled by our payment processor, not stored by us.

  • Chat and contact messages: anything you send us through the "Let's Chat" box or our contact page.

  • Account info: if you create an account on our site, your login email and order history.

Information collected automatically

  • Basic device and browser info, your general location (city or region), pages you visit, and how you found us.

  • This comes through cookies and similar tools on our website platform. See the Cookies section below.

How we use it

  • Deliver your downloads and order confirmations.

  • Send you the free "Find Your Something" worksheet.

  • Send emails you signed up for (see below).

  • Answer your questions and help with order problems.

  • See which pages and products people like so we can make the site better.

  • Prevent fraud and keep the site secure.

  • Meet legal and tax obligations.

Our email list

We only add you to our mailing list if you check the "I want to subscribe to your mailing list" box or otherwise ask to join. If you just download the free worksheet without checking the box, we'll send you the worksheet and that's it.

If you're on the list, you'll get tips, new product announcements and occasional sales. Every email has an unsubscribe link at the bottom, and one click takes you off. Order confirmations and download emails will still come through even if you unsubscribe.

Payments and services we use

We use trusted outside services to run the shop. They only get the information they need to do their job:

  • Wix: hosts our website, store, forms, chat and email tools.

  • Payment processors (such as Wix Payments or PayPal): process your card or payment. We never see or store your full card number.

  • Amazon: if you buy one of our books on Amazon, that purchase is handled by Amazon under Amazon's own privacy policy. We don't receive your personal details from those sales.

Each of these companies has its own privacy policy that covers how they handle your data.

Cookies

Cookies are small files your browser saves so a website can remember things, like what's in your cart or that you're logged in. Our site uses cookies to keep the store working, remember your preferences and show us basic traffic stats.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site will still work, but things like your cart or login may not stick.

Who we share it with

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. Period.

We only share it with the services listed above so they can run the site and process orders, or when the law requires it (for example, a court order).

Your choices

You can ask us to:

  • Show you what information we have about you.

  • Correct anything that's wrong.

  • Delete your information (we may need to keep order records for tax purposes).

  • Take you off our email list.

Just email us using the contact info below and we'll take care of it within 30 days. Depending on where you live, your state or country may give you additional privacy rights, and we'll honor those too.

Kids, security and updates

Kids: our site is made for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. Some products are written for parents (like our guide to getting kids off their phones), but the buyer should be the adult. If you think a child has given us their info, email us and we'll delete it.

Security: our site runs on a secure (HTTPS) connection and payments go through secure processors. No website is 100% risk-free, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

Updates: if we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Big changes will also go out by email to subscribers.
