Terms of Use

The basics

These terms cover your use of shesgotsomething.com and anything you buy from She's Got Something ("we," "us," "our"). By using the site or buying a product, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

You need to be at least 18, or have a parent or guardian's permission, to make a purchase.

What you're allowed to do with our products

When you buy a She's Got Something workbook, planner, starter kit or template, you get a personal license to use it. That means:

You can:

  • Download, print and fill it out as many times as you want for yourself.

  • Use our business templates to run your own small business (for example, using a client form with your own clients).

  • Edit Canva templates with your own text, colors and branding for your own use.

You can't:

  • Resell, share, upload or give away the files, printed or digital, even for free.

  • Claim our products, designs or text as your own.

  • Use our templates to make products you sell to other people (on Etsy, Amazon, your own site or anywhere else).

  • Share your Canva template link with anyone who didn't buy it.

Want to use a product with a group, class or team? Email us and we'll sort out a group license.

This isn't professional advice

Our products and blog posts share ideas, tools and real-life experience. They are not financial, legal, tax, medical or mental health advice. Before making big money, business or legal decisions, talk to a qualified professional.

We can't promise any specific results. Any income ideas, side hustles or business examples we share are just that: examples. How things turn out depends on your own effort, situation and choices.

The fine print

Our content: everything on this site, including product files, designs, text, images, logos and blog posts, belongs to She's Got Something and is protected by copyright. Please don't copy it without permission. Sharing a link to our site or a blog post is always welcome.

Your account: if you create an account, keep your login private. You're responsible for what happens under your account.

Prices and products: prices are in US dollars and can change at any time. Sale prices last only as long as stated. We do our best to describe every product accurately, and the free sample pages show you exactly what you're getting.

Links to other sites: we sometimes link to other websites. We're not responsible for their content or how they handle your information.

Limits on our responsibility: our site and products are provided "as is." To the fullest extent the law allows, She's Got Something isn't responsible for any indirect or unexpected losses that come from using our site or products. If we are ever found responsible, the most we'll owe is what you paid for the product involved.

Governing law: these terms follow the laws of the State of Tennessee, USA.

Changes: we may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version. Using the site after an update means you accept the new terms.

Refund Policy

All sales are final on digital downloads

Because our products are digital and you get them instantly, we can't take them back once they're downloaded. That's why we show sample pages before you buy, so you know exactly what you're getting.

When we'll make it right

If something goes wrong on our end, we've got you. Email us within 14 days of your purchase if:

  • Your file won't download or open: we'll send you a working copy.

  • You got the wrong product: we'll send the right one.

  • You were charged twice for the same order: we'll refund the duplicate.

  • The file is damaged or missing pages: we'll replace it, and if we can't fix it, we'll refund you.

How to ask

Email us with your name, order number and what went wrong. We'll reply within 2 business days. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method and usually show up within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.

Bought on Amazon?

If you bought one of our books on Amazon, returns and refunds are handled by Amazon under their return policy. Please contact Amazon directly for those.
