Hey there!

I’m so glad you found your way here. Life has a way of throwing us curveballs—sometimes all at once—and I’ve been right in the middle of it. But  those challenges taught me what’s possible when we refuse to give up.

my story

 

The past few years? Intense. That is an understatement!

  • Helping my mom walk and speak again after a stroke

  • Surviving near death with sepsis, gallbladder infection, and pancreatitis

  • Supporting my husband through his first heart attack, losing both parents in six months, and stage 4 aggressive metastatic cancer—which is now gone

My Story

Through all of it, I learned how to navigate health challenges, work with doctors and nutritionists, research solutions, and transform our home into a space that supports healing and calm. And I’m ready to share everything I’ve learned and more.

Why I Can Help

I’m not a doctor—I’m a friend who’s been there. With my background guiding young women toward confidence, for well over 25 years,  navigating the F.A.A., Managing 74 flight attendants, 3 crew drivers, getting meals on planes and writing the Procedures manual for the airline Flight Attendant Division. Also writing and speaking on personal growth and self-help, I’ve turned life lessons into practical strategies you can use in your own life.

Think of me as your guide, cheerleader, and “home improvement partner” all rolled into one.
