Scoring Your Quiz
Interpret Your Score
45–60 points: Low Self-Confidence Patterns
Your answers suggest you may frequently struggle with self-doubt, overthinking, or fear of judgment.
You may often hold yourself back from speaking up, taking chances, or trusting your own voice.
This score is a sign that your confidence might be challenged by long-standing habits or beliefs — but these can absolutely be transformed with the right tools and support.
25–44 points: Growing Confidence With Key Blocks
You show signs of developing confidence, but certain patterns still interfere — things like apologizing unnecessarily, avoiding new challenges, or relying on others’ approval.
You're on the path, and small shifts in thoughts, boundaries, or communication could make a big difference.
0–24 points: Strong, Emerging Self-Confidence
You have a generally healthy level of confidence and trust in yourself.
While occasional doubts may show up, they don’t control your behavior.
Continue nurturing your strengths, and keep practicing self-validation and self-compassion.
